By downloading or using S Rank ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using S Rank you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental consent before beginning any fitness program.
S Rank provides general fitness and wellness information for educational and entertainment purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition or injury.
By using the App you acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks and that you assume full responsibility for your health and safety.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account or use another user's account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Your fitness data, progress, and quest history are stored on our servers to enable cross-device sync. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use your data. You can delete your account in the App under Settings > Delete Account or by using our Delete Account page.
S Rank offers optional premium subscriptions (monthly, yearly) and a lifetime access option. For the current Android release, purchases are processed through Google Play and managed through RevenueCat. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

All content within the App, including the S Rank name, logo, rank system, quest designs, and animations, is the property of S Rank and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, S Rank and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, or loss of profits.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email where required by law.
